Immediate hire for an experienced Pet Groomer to join our Fear Free luxury salon in Union, NJ making $1200 weekly plus commission!!!. The ideal candidate must have experience with all breeds, love and respect animals, and be comfortable with customers observing the grooming process. Strong communication skills and a passion for delivering excellent care are essential. This role is part of a dedicated grooming team focused on providing full grooming services using proprietary grooming tools, with no travel required. Opportunities for advancement to senior groomer and salon management roles are available.
Responsibilities
- Perform full grooming services for all dog breeds
- Maintain salon cleanliness and upkeep
- Work collaboratively within the grooming team
- Ensure a Fear Free environment for pets and clients
- Communicate effectively with customers during grooming sessions
- Use proprietary grooming tools safely and efficiently
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in pet grooming
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of breed-specific grooming techniques
- Familiarity with Fear Free certification practices
- Strong attention to detail
- Understanding of sanitation and safety practices
- Patience and compassion when handling animals
