In Home Caregiver – Albuquerque, NM | $15.00–$15.50/hr | Weekly Pay
Are you a caring, experienced caregiver looking for meaningful work? Home Instead is hiring in home caregivers to help seniors live safely and comfortably in their own homes across Albuquerque.
This is one-on-one care where you build real relationships and make a difference every day.
Pay & Benefits
- $15.00–$15.50 per hour
- Weekly pay with direct deposit
- $700 caregiver referral bonus
- Paid holidays at 1.5x pay

What You’ll Do
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Help with bathing, grooming, toileting, and incontinence care
- Prepare meals and help with light housekeeping
- Support daily routines and independence
Caregiver Requirements
- At least 6 months of paid caregiving experience (non-family), OR CNA, HHA, LVN/LPN, or RN certification
- Reliable transportation to client homes
- Able to work at least two weekly shifts with the same client(s)
- Basic English reading, speaking, and writing skills
- Complete required compliance or licensing steps
