We are seeking a collaborative and results-driven culinary leader to help shape exceptional dining experiences across our kitchen operations. In this role, you will partner with culinary and operations teams to support menu execution, uphold quality standards, guide team development, and ensure a consistent, efficient, and guest-focused experience.

What You’ll Do

• Support the planning, coordination, and execution of daily culinary operations.
• Partner with leadership to maintain high standards for food quality, presentation, consistency, and safety.
• Assist with menu development, recipe standardization, and seasonal or promotional offerings.
• Coach and support kitchen team members through training, performance feedback, and hands-on leadership.
• Monitor inventory, ordering, and waste reduction efforts to support cost control and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure smooth service and effective communication.
• Help maintain compliance with food safety, sanitation, and workplace standards.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, enhance guest satisfaction, and strengthen team performance.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in culinary operations, preferably in a leadership or supervisory capacity.
• Strong knowledge of food preparation, kitchen systems, sanitation practices, and quality control.
• Ability to lead by example, build positive working relationships, and support a high-performing team.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
• Experience with inventory management, scheduling support, and cost-conscious decision-making.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and operational needs.
