Operations Group Lead - Finishing

Responsibilities Ensure the safety of your team, the quality of your processes, and manage capacity to achieve on time delivery and increase productivity (manage day-to-day operations) Provide daily leadership and training to the cell(s) to ensure customer demand is met Ensure your team members are supplied with material to maximize productivity of the team member/cell Drive continuous improvement and enhance the team spirit through the application of lean tools. Reporting Relationships Reports to: GM/Operations Area Manager Direct reports: Team members, up to 10 hourly employees.
