PM Line Cook

Description We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of kitchen operations, health and sanitation standards, and a commitment to delivering high-quality dishes. Key Responsibilities Primary Duties (70%) Prepare menu items, sauces, salads, and desserts according to recipes and instructions. Set up restaurant and employee cafeteria buffets. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards, including proper labeling and storage of food items. Assist with banquet preparation and buffet setups. Assist dishwashers and pantry staff. Support Duties (20%) Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors in English. Follow company policies and attend required meetings. Professionalism and Communication (10%) Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor. Actively listen to team members and communicate effectively.
