Details Pediatric specialty facility setting focused on complex and medically fragile patients Patient diagnoses include cerebral palsy (CP), spinal cord injury, birth injury, motor vehicle accidents, spinal muscular atrophy (SMA), Trisomy 21, and Rett syndrome Specialized equipment includes CPT machine, Volera, MetaNeb, cough assist, ventilators, BiPAP, CPAP, and tracheostomies Night shift: 3x12-hour shifts, 18:00–06:00 Every other weekend required 13-week contract Requirements CRT or RRT credential required Minimum 3 years of respiratory therapy experience Pediatric experience required BLS certification required Valid state respiratory therapy license required if applicable Experience with specialized respiratory equipment including ventilators, BiPAP, CPAP, tracheostomy care, CPT machine, Volera, MetaNeb, and cough assist devices Additional Information Provide respiratory therapy services to medically complex pediatric patients with a wide range of neurological and physical diagnoses 2 professional supervisor references from within the past 2 years required for consideration Full 7-year work history with all gaps explained required for consideration All time-off or scheduling requests must be submitted at the time of initial consideration American Traveler Job ID #P-706767.
