IT Asset Management ITIL Analyst Location: Austin, TX Duration: 12 months, Compensation: DOE Responsibilities Support the Centralized Accounting and Payroll/Personnel System (CAPPS) Program including HR/Payroll, Financials, STARR, and ancillary systems. Provide highly advanced consultative services and functional assistance related to CAPPS. Lead or support the upgrade of the ERP system to the Fluid User Interface, including planning, analysis, testing, and deployment. Conduct fit-gap analysis to identify impacts of Fluid UI changes on existing processes, customizations, and integrations. Collaborate with functional and technical teams to design and configure Fluid pages, tiles, navigation collections, and responsive layouts. Update security roles and permissions to align with Fluid navigation and component changes. Perform end-to-end system testing, regression testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT). Training Requirements Complete a minimum of ten (10) hours of professional training in a relevant area of expertise during each CPA Contract Term. Professional training must be completed on personal time unless approved within CPA work schedule. Vendor and candidate are responsible for all training costs. Provide annual professional training report by July 31st of each term. Experience and Skills Experience with SAP Business Objects, System Configuration, PeopleSoft Functional Benefits Administration, and IT Asset Management ITIL. Strong knowledge of Oracle PeopleSoft HCM v9.2 and related modules. Experience implementing ERP system upgrades and UI enhancements.
