Ability to read blue prints and schematics is also required. Qualifications A minimum of 5-years building maintenance experience is required Hotel experience preferred A strong working knowledge of all major building systems, including life‑safety systems, is required Good communication skills are necessary Strong leadership skills Willingness to work different shifts as the demands of business dictates Responsibilities Respond to guest and team member inquiries, requests and concerns in a timely, friendly and efficient manner Respond to emergency situations according to standards and guidelines Assist in monitoring and developing team member performance to include, but not limited to, providing supervision, scheduling, conducting evaluations, training and delivering recognition and reward #J-18808-Ljbffr Hyatt Hotels Corporation
