Elder Care Provider Wanted - Remote Senior Care Provider Needed — Full Time Or Part Time Support For An Ngo Senior Care Program

We are seeking a compassionate, dependable, and responsible Senior Care Provider to support our NGO’s senior care program remotely. This opportunity is available on a full-time or part-time basis and is suited to individuals who are patient, caring, organized, and committed to helping older adults maintain meaningful and supportive connections. In this role, you will provide remote assistance and ongoing support to seniors through scheduled communication, check-ins, companionship, and coordination with the appropriate members of the care team. You may assist with monitoring general needs, communicating concerns, helping seniors navigate available resources, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring that questions or requests are directed to the appropriate support personnel. The position requires strong communication skills, empathy, patience, discretion, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment. Previous experience in senior care, caregiving, social services, healthcare support, community services, or a related field is helpful, but individuals with relevant volunteer, personal, or customer-support experience are also encouraged to apply. Key responsibilities may include:

• Conducting scheduled remote check-ins and providing friendly, respectful companionship.
• Listening to seniors’ concerns and helping identify appropriate next steps or resources.
• Maintaining professional and compassionate communication with seniors and their families or designated contacts.
• Documenting interactions, requests, follow-ups, and relevant concerns accurately.

• Maintaining confidentiality and handling personal information responsibly.
• Participating in required training, meetings, and team activities.
• Performing other related support duties as assigned.
