Material Handler

We are looking for a Warehouse Inventory Associate to support the new Lilly RTP Parenteral, Device Assembly, and Packaging Facility in Raleigh-Durham, North Carolina. This role is responsible for receiving, storing, and shipping raw materials, packaging components, and finished goods while maintaining inventory accuracy and ensuring compliance with GMP and regulatory standards to support the production of injectable medications. Responsibilities Receiving, storage, and shipping of raw materials and packaging components to support the site’s manufacturing operations. Ensure materials are available and inventory counts are accurate for weekly production. Handle and process materials in the inventory system following GMP procedures. Unload/load materials at docks, store materials in appropriate zones, and prepare shipments to internal and external customers. Perform cycle counting and complete inventory transactions in a timely fashion. Follow all safety requirements, inspect for hazards, and assist with safety projects. Participate in quality initiatives and audits, maintaining compliance with FDA, EMEA, DEA, OSHA, IDEM, and EPA regulations. Meet performance improvement goals and provide customers with on-time, in-full delivery. Maintain current learning plans and execute warehouse policies and procedures. Support a safe work environment aligned with HSE corporate and site goals. Basic Requirements High School Diploma or Equivalent. Completion of Post Offer Exam or Work Simulation, if applicable. Preferred Qualifications Ability to lift or move 40-pound containers. Certification to operate powered industrial trucks. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Solid understanding of quality, corporate policies, and regulatory requirements (FDA, EMEA, OSHA, EPA). Demonstrated judgment, initiative, and proactive attitude. Flexible to work overtime and on a 2-2-3 schedule during day shift. Experience with materials handling and inventory systems. Experience in a GMP warehouse/logistics environment. Additional Information Ability to work overtime, weekends, and off shifts. Direct interaction with regulatory agencies during site inspections. Task may involve handling hazardous materials. Compensation & Benefits Annual salary range: $17.30 - $34.38 per hour.
