What You'll Do

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems, including furnaces, heat pumps, and air conditioning equipment
• Perform routine maintenance, tune-ups, and component replacements
• Provide homeowners with outstanding service and professional recommendations
• Accurately document work performed and maintain organized records
• Uphold company standards and maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment
• Help contribute to the continued growth and success of our team and reputation within the community

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in residential HVAC service
• EPA 608 Certification (minimum Type II)
• Strong troubleshooting skills and a "fix it right the first time" mindset
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
