Position OverviewWe are searching for a motivated and organized Entry-Level Communications Assistant to join our Cincinnati, OH team. This role supports internal and client communications, helps coordinate projects, and ensures that information flows efficiently throughout the organization.
Responsibilities:- Assist in preparing internal and client-facing communications.
- Support project coordination and documentation.
- Draft and format reports, memos, and basic correspondence.
- Maintain organized files, records, and documentation.
- Help track project progress and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Perform general administrative support for the communications department.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelors degree preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional, reliable, and team-oriented.
- Comfortable learning new office systems and software.
