Dekalb Pike, STE 350, King of Prussia, PA 19406. Compensation & Benefits Base salary range: $72,838 to $106,111 annually, adjusted for experience and location. Eligibility for monthly incentive pay based on store sales and overall performance. Sundays off each week, plus an additional day off during the week based on business needs. Benefits include: Medical, Dental, and Vision plan options Up to 2 weeks paid parental leave 401(k) plan with company match up to 7% 2+ weeks paid time off within the first year Paid company holidays Company‑provided volunteer opportunities + 1 volunteer day per year Free AAA membership Continuing learning reimbursement up to $5,250 per year Responsibilities Staff Management and Development : Effectively hire staff, schedule associates, evaluate performance, provide coaching, counsel associates, and ensure quality development and productivity. Customer Service and Relations : Monitor high‑quality customer service daily, review repairs with customers, resolve issues, authorize special member services, and respond efficiently to complaints. Operational Oversight : Manage repair and maintenance scheduling, review facility efficiency, implement operational improvements, and prepare weekly and monthly reports for management. Technical Assistance and Compliance : Provide technical assistance to associates, act as Health & Safety Officer, manage safety and shop compliance per OSHA and local laws, and stay current on EPA and environmental regulations. Business Development and Community Engagement : Develop external relationships to generate business, enhance ACA image in the community, establish vendor partnerships, and participate in local and national automotive organizations. Process Improvement and Performance Management : Recommend process improvements, facilitate tool use to maintain compliance and align with KPIs, lead team to exceed customer satisfaction and quality scores, and meet productivity goals. General Responsibilities : Maintain awareness of car care products and AAA services, practice ACA shared values, perform related duties as assigned. Qualifications & Requirements Associate’s degree or equivalent required; education and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree. Minimum of 6 years in the automotive industry; 3 years in a leadership or supervisory role preferred. National Institute of Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certification as a “Master Automotive Technician” strongly preferred. Valid operator’s license with 5 years driving experience and excellent record; ability to operate automatic and manual transmissions on passenger vehicles and light/medium duty trucks. Successful pre‑ and post‑employment screening. Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities Ability to work autonomously managing a retail automotive services operation. Experience with automotive diagnostic equipment and providing technical guidance. Effective collaboration with cross‑functional teams and regional/corporate support departments. Advanced proficiency with PC software (Microsoft Office Suite, Word, Excel) and automotive computer equipment. Effective organizational, analytical, written, and oral communication skills. Ability to interact effectively with others and respond to customer inquiries. Ability to read and interpret financial data and reports. Working Conditions Typical automotive shop environment with potential for loud noise, exposure to dust or fumes, temperature changes, and lift of equipment up to 50 pounds. Requires standing for prolonged periods and complete dexterity (fine and gross motor skills).
