Clinical Rehab Supervisor, Outpatient, Baptist Seven Pines Clinic

Baptist Health is seeking a Clinical Rehab Supervisor to lead the Outpatient Rehab Services Team at the Seven Pines clinic in Jacksonville, FL. The position supports adult outpatient Physical Therapy services and requires licensed PT leadership. Job Responsibilities Provide leadership to and supervision of rehab staff. Oversee daily operations of the clinic. Deliver direct patient care within the area of licensure and competence. Manage age‑specific competencies according to clinic population. Experience Requirements 3‑5 years of clinical patient care experience. Experience with adult outpatient rehabilitation. Experience collaborating with multiple rehab specialties (PT, OT, SLP). Orthopedics and post‑operative care experience preferred. Education & Credential Requirements Bachelor of Science (non‑Nursing) – required. Doctor of Physical Therapy – preferred. Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association – required. Licensed Physical Therapist – required. Licensed Speech‑Language Pathologist – required (for Speech‑Language Pathologist candidates). Licensed Occupational Therapist – required.
