Private Client Insurance Account Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and experienced Private Client Insurance Account Manager to join a team. This role involves managing high-net-worth (HNW) accounts and providing exceptional service to valued clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in personal lines insurance, a strong understanding of HNW carriers, and a passion for delivering tailored solutions.

Compensation Package

• Salary Range : $65,000 - $95,000, depending on experience.


• Benefits : Comprehensive benefits package provided.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of HNW and middle-market accounts, with policy sizes ranging from $10,000 to $100,000+.


• Provide A-Z account management, including quoting, renewals, and servicing.


• Collaborate with the new business team to onboard new clients and assess their needs.


• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met with empathy and professionalism.


• Work with HNW carriers such as Chubb, PURE, Cincinnati, AIG, and others.


• Utilize software systems such as Sagitta and ImageRight (training provided if needed).

Qualifications/Requirements

• Licenses : Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.


• Experience : Minimum of 2 years of experience in personal lines insurance, with a focus on HNW clients.


• Technical Skills : Familiarity with HNW carriers (e.g., Chubb, PURE, Cincinnati, AIG) is essential.
