Volunteers of America Los Angeles (VOALA) is seeking a Case Manager Generalist to provide on-site case management for low acuity clients, coordinating services and resources to meet short- and long-term needs. You will conduct screenings, develop individualized plans, advocate for clients within community and social service systems, and coordinate care with the service team to help clients access housing, employment, and health services.
