Job Title: Wound Care Supervisor Location: Calhoun Nursing Home Reports To: Director of Nursing (DON) FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Job Summary: The Wound Care Supervisor coordinates comprehensive wound assessments and care plans for patients, providing education to residents, families, and staff on wound management and prevention. This role involves supervising nursing personnel, collaborating with healthcare professionals, and participating in performance improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Conduct wound assessments and develop care plans. Educate staff and residents on wound care and prevention. Supervise nursing staff and coordinate patient care. Maintain compliance with healthcare standards and regulations. Participate in ongoing education and professional development. Qualifications: Current GA Nursing Licensure. Minimum of two years in medical/surgical or rehabilitation nursing. Preferred certification as CWOCN or CWCN. Current BCLS Certification. #J-18808-Ljbffr The Hospital Authority Of Miller County
