Turnaround matters more here than perfection — a good ad shipped today beats a great ad shipped next week Excellent eye for pacing, rhythm, and timing to music Fluent written and spoken English — you'll be editing English-language ads for a US audience and need to understand the script, the tone, and the emotion Reliable internet and generator or backup power — this is a daily-output role Available to overlap with US Eastern Time hours for feedback and calls Comfortable working independently with a task list, not waiting to be managed $1200 USD/month base, plus 5% of profits.
