Unit Details: Medically complex, critically ill patients. Respiratory failure of various etiologies requiring noninvasive or mechanical ventilation, post CVL, cardiac arrest with TTM, multisystem organ failure, various shock states, CVA post TPa, COVID, ARDS, DKA, ETOH w/d. 1 CNA per shift to help We are a high acuity, fast-paced MICU.
