Handyman/Painter - Per DiemThe Handyman/Painter is responsible for daily painting, fixing minor issues, and light repairs to maintain the building. Key responsibilities include performing light repairs, light plumbing, and fixing minor electrical issues. The Handyman/Painter will also repair and paint doors, windows, walls, ceilings, roofs, and other parts of the building. They will keep the area clean with covering trim, floors, furniture, and other surfaces with masking tape, drop clothes, and other protective coverings to keep them free of paint. Additionally, they will assist the Director of Plant Operations as needed and report any situations that may affect the health and wellbeing of patients or employees.
