Work You’ll Do As a Manager of Supply Chain Risk Management, Strategy and Transformation on the Government and Public Services team, you will be responsible for: Advising leadership on supply chain risk management (SCRM) policy, oversight, governance, and enterprise coordination.Supporting the development, refinement, and implementation of SCRM governance structures, processes, decision rights, and reporting mechanisms.Tracking and managing SCRM issues, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder equities across offices, commands, and mission stakeholders.Preparing executive-level briefings, decision papers, talking points, and status updates to support senior leader decision-making.Translating policy, executive orders, and governance requirements into practical guidance, while coordinating across stakeholders to support implementation and issue resolution.Identifying gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities in SCRM execution and supporting senior advisory activities in meetings, forums, and working groups. Qualifications Required: Bachelor’s degree Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future Active Secret security clearance requiredAbility to work on-site in Alexandria up to 5 days a week10+ years of experience in supply chain risk management (SCRM), supply chain, logistics, acquisition, or defense/federal environmentsExperience working across multiple defense offices or with senior stakeholder groupsExperience supporting defense SCRM policy, oversight, governance, or enterprise coordination effortsExperience developing executive-level briefings, recommendations, decision papers, and decision support materials for senior leaders Preferred: 20+ years of experience in supply chain risk management, supply chain, logistics, acquisition, or defense/federal environmentsSenior Military Officer experience or equivalent senior executive-level defense experienceExperience supporting office-level or enterprise-level policy and governance functionsExperience with defense industrial base risk, critical dependencies, and supplier resilienceExperience coordinating across multiple organizations with competing prioritiesExperience advising senior leaders on SCRM policy and governance matters For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in Virginia, Deloitte is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range is specific to Virginia and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $137,500 to $229,100.You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
