The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience handling real estate transactions, along with a demonstrated interest in affordable housing, community development, and work that supports meaningful neighborhood and economic development initiatives. This role will involve working on sophisticated transactional matters, including real estate development, finance, regulatory analysis, and complex real estate transactions. Candidates with experience in affordable housing, multifamily development, LIHTC, HUD-related matters, public housing, public-private partnerships, or community development finance will be especially strong fits.
