Our supportive team in West Palm Beach is actively seeking a Graphic Designer to join us full-time. The Graphic Designer is primarily responsible for designing print material and maintaining positive relationships with our clients by ensuring their requirements and needs are met.

Job Description
The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating effective visual solutions for our clients across a wide range of print media - including print materials, signage, custom apparel, promotional items, direct mail, and more. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients on design-related projects, translating their ideas into high-quality, professional designs. You must be able to manage multiple projects, maintain excellent communication with both clients and team members, and ensure that all designs meet our high standards for quality and print-readiness.


Key Responsibilities

• Creative Consultant: Work directly with clients by telephone, email, or in-person to understand their project requirements and provide expert guidance on design concepts, materials, and production options.
  • Serve as the primary internal representative of the organization with a friendly and welcoming attitude.
  • Convey to clients our expertise in products, services and capabilities; and serve as a key educator, take and enter orders, and collect payment for jobs and services.
• Graphic Design: Produce professional and creative designs for a variety of projects across multiple production methods.
• Prepare Files for Production: Ensure all files are properly formatted and prepared for each production method by performing quality checks and pre-press tasks.
• Manage Projects: Effectively manage multiple design projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and communicating progress to both clients and the team.
• Teamwork & Collaboration: Be a proactive and dependable team player with a positive attitude, and a key contributor to our team. Work closely with the production and customer service teams to ensure a seamless job flow and a high-quality finished product.

Our ideal Graphic Designer has:

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite , including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• A strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Critical thinking skills to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions or approaches to a problem.
• Efficient time management skills
• High attention to detail and organizational skills

Qualifications to work on our team:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Education in Graphic Design or a related field
• Previous experience in a customer facing role in the print/sign/custom apparel industries preferred
• Eligible to work in the United States
