Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant

Tender Touch Rehab Services is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to support seniors in skilled nursing and long-term care. The PTA will implement individualized treatment plans under the direction of a Physical Therapist to improve mobility, function, and quality of life. Responsibilities include assisting with evaluations, providing therapeutic exercises and gait training, documenting progress, educating patients and caregivers, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.
