This role is responsible for technician performance, dispatch oversight, quality control, and adherence to shop standards. While strong technical knowledge is required, this is a leadership role focused on people, process, and accountability rather than full time wrench turning. Responsibilities Lead and manage the technician team through coaching, performance management, and accountability Own dispatching, workflow coordination, and daily production planning Audit repair quality, DVIs, and SOP compliance while addressing gaps Develop technicians through training plans, skill assessments, and ongoing feedback Monitor production metrics and provide reporting and insight to ownership Qualifications / You May Be a Great Fit If You Enjoy leading people and setting clear expectations Are comfortable holding technicians accountable to standards and performance Balance strong technical knowledge with communication and organization Take ownership of workflow and production outcomes Value consistency, structure, and long term team development Why Join Our Team Because this role gives you the opportunity to directly influence shop performance and technician success.
