What You'll Do As a Speech Therapist PRN at Living Gracefully, you’ll play a vital role in helping individuals improve their communication and swallowing abilities. Your responsibilities will include: Assessing and diagnosing speech, language, and swallowing disorders. Developing and implementing personalized treatment plans. Collaborating with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to achieve therapy goals. Monitoring progress and adjusting therapy plans as needed. Documenting evaluations, treatment plans, and progress notes accurately and timely. What We're Looking For We’re seeking a candidate who is passionate about speech therapy and dedicated to delivering top-notch care. To thrive in this role, you’ll need: At least 1 year of experience as a speech therapist. A valid license to practice speech therapy in Arizona. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
