Purpose and Scope/General Summary We are looking for someone to issue parts and tools and monitor the preventative maintenance program. Complete inventory of parts, and initiate requisitions. Pilgrim’s is seeking a Feed Mill Supervisor to lead a high-performing team in a fast-paced production environment. You’ll oversee critical operations such as Feed Mill maintenance, scheduling, supervision, and evaluation of work. This role is responsible for ensuring safety, quality, , sanitation, budgeting, and productivity while driving continuous improvement through data analysis and process coordination. Responsibilities Inventory of parts. Issuing parts and tools. Data entry. Keeping warehouse organized and clean. Putting parts and tools in their proper place. Assist mechanics as needed. Other duties as needed. What You’ll Need 1 year experience with tools and parts Excellent computer skills including experience with SAP, Excel and Word Read and speak English proficiently Ability to read and interpret instruction and procedure manuals Basic math skills Good verbal and written communication skills Detail oriented Ability to work unsupervised and prioritize work Ability to take accurate counts Able to work various hours and days Why Work for Pilgrim’s?
