Position Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Work Environment: Refrigerated Food Production Facility

Position Overview

We are seeking dependable, hardworking, and team-oriented individuals to join our food production team as Food Preparation / Production Line Associates. This position involves working on an assembly line to prepare and assemble sandwiches in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment.

No previous food preparation or production experience is required. Training will be provided for individuals who are reliable, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities

Assemble sandwiches on a production line by adding assigned ingredients according to established procedures.
Work collaboratively with team members to maintain an efficient and consistent production process.
Follow food safety, sanitation, and quality control guidelines.
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation throughout the shift.
Assist with cleaning and sanitizing production areas and equipment at the end of each shift.
Follow supervisor instructions and established production procedures.
Support team members as needed to meet daily production goals.

Qualifications & Requirements

No previous experience required; on-the-job training will be provided.
Ability to stand and work on your feet for the duration of the shift, with scheduled breaks.
Comfortable working in a refrigerated environment with temperatures ranging from approximately 25&degree;F to 50&degree;F.
Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
Strong teamwork skills and willingness to work closely with others.
Dependable, punctual, and able to maintain a consistent work schedule.
Minimal to no heavy lifting required.
Work Environment & Dress Code

Temperature: Refrigerated production environment maintained between approximately 25&degree;F and 50&degree;F to preserve food quality and safety.
Physical Activity: Standing throughout the shift and performing repetitive food assembly tasks.
Clothing: Employees should dress warmly in jeans, layered clothing, and warm gloves that fit comfortably underneath food-safe kitchen gloves.
Provided Uniform: A white lab coat will be provided.
Team Environment: All production tasks are performed collaboratively on an assembly line. This is not an independent work position.
