SHOP FOREMAN (LB)

Pay Range: Up to $85,000 Annually (Depending on Experience)

Monday-Saturday 6AM-5PM

We are looking for a Shop Foreman to coordinate operations and oversee
workers at Main Shop Facility. Knowledge of Ranch and/or Construction shop facility and
equipment is preferred. As the point of reference of both workers and supervisors, the Shop
Foreman will be the person responsible for the completion of equipment repairs and
maintenance. We are looking for an individual with leadership skills and extensive experience
with Shop Management that can direct the work of others and make quick decisions. You must
be well-organized and favor safety above everything else.

Essential Functions/Qualifications:

• Plan, implement, and manage in accordance with priorities and goals
• Coordinate Shop and Field Mechanics
• Coordinate Shop and Field Welders
• Collaborate with outside repair shops (both for autos and heavy equipment)
• Guarantee all safety precautions and quality standards are met
• Order parts along with other activities related to fleet maintenance
• Manage and maintain list of work orders (both in written and verbal)
• Daily gathering and processing of timesheets
• Monitor expenditures and ensure it remains within budget
• Resolve problems when they arise
• Verify all equipment is properly working and maintained according to manufactures
  suggestions
• Any other duties as assigned by Manager

Job Requirements:

Education/Experience:

• Clean DMV Record
• Experience with all types of ag & heavy equipment

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Decision making / problem solving
• Ability to communicate and report effectively
• Organization and leadership skills
• Plan, organize and prioritize workload
• Work with minimal Supervision
• Interact well with others
• Bi-lingual (preferred)

Physical Requirements:

• Stand/Sit for an extensive period of time
• Ability to lift 25-50 lbs.
• Perform tasks using standard computer equipment

Work Environment:

• Limited noise level
• Outdoor climate – extreme heat and cold temperatures
• Monday-Friday
• Occasional Weekends required

Personal Protective Equipment Required:

• Side shield safety glasses, safety vest, head/ear protection and proper footwear when at
  construction sites
