Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant - Hybrid Work From Home & On-Site

Option for 1‑2 work‑from‑home days. Neurology focused. Salary: $108,000 – $134,000 per year. Location: Raleigh / Durham, NC. Schedule: Monday–Friday, no call. Job Details We are hiring a Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant for an outpatient neurology practice. This is a strong role for an APP seeking a more structured specialty setting with a mix of clinic and telehealth, strong support, and long‑term stability. What You’ll Do Evaluate and manage patients in an outpatient neurology setting See follow‑up and new patients with support from the physician team Help manage conditions such as headaches, stroke follow‑up, Parkinson’s, MS, and related neurologic issues Order and interpret labs, imaging, and diagnostic studies as appropriate Manage medications, treatment plans, and ongoing follow‑up care Respond to patient messages, refill requests, and routine care coordination needs Participate in telehealth visits and in‑clinic care depending on schedule and fit Practice Setup Outpatient neurology practice in Raleigh and Durham Monday–Friday schedule, no call Telehealth mixed with clinic time Strong MA and RN support Athena EMR Opportunity for some procedural exposure/training depending on fit What We’re Looking For Active or eligible NP or PA licensure Prior APP experience preferred Background in neurology, cardiology, internal medicine, family medicine, or another strong outpatient specialty can translate well Neurology experience is a plus, but not required Strong communication, follow‑up, and patient management skills Comfortable in a structured, fast‑paced outpatient environment Equal Opportunity Employer Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
