Responsibilities

• Team members will be responsible for following all production and effort-based guidelines while maintaining Hilton Grand Vacations values and delivering superior customer service
• Demonstrate self-motivation with a "One Team" mentality, capable of working both independently and collaboratively with key partners across the organization.
• Maintain a professional appearance and actively participate in all scheduled sales meetings and trainings conducted via platforms such as Microsoft Teams Meetings.
• Must have basic technical abilities to navigate programs such as Salesforce, Chorus, E-worksheet, RingCentral, Microsoft Outlook, etc
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to include weekends, and holidays
• Possess sales experience
• Active state real estate license (if required in state of residence)
• Must reside in a state where HGV has an active broker relationship (AZ, FL, GA, TN, MI, NV, MO, NC, NS, TX, VA, WI)

Technology Requirements

• This is not a traditional Sales Executive positionthis is a Technology Sales Executive role. All candidates must be proficient in technology and comfortable working in a virtual, performance-driven environment.
• Our team utilizes Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, and various proprietary programs. Candidates must be able to:
• Work in a private, professional space free from interruptions
• Maintain a clean and organized on-camera background
• Be on camera at all times during training and live presentations
• Understand that all visual and audio interactions are recorded as part of our onboarding and training process
