Position: Transaction Management Practice Lead - Retail Corporate Services

Location: Any JLL Retail Market location

Job Summary:

Reporting to the SMD of Retail Corporate Services Group, this position is responsible for management, financial performance and future growth & development of the Transaction Management service offering within 'Retail Corporate Services.'

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for hiring and managing Transaction Managers and leveraging the entire TM staff to service client requirements. Includes regular communication and collaboration with functional leads of other RCS service offerings.
• Serve as point of contact resource for clients for specific Transaction Management accounts. Assists in negotiation and review of contracts.
• Coordinates & leverages additional JLL resources (brokerage, leasing specialists, project management, etc) to accommodate client & team needs.
• Accountable for Onboarding and Program Management of new accounts including: Set-up and customization (as needed) of workflow management & database platform (RADAR), creating process maps, customize documents, scheduling and leading calls and communications.
• Works closely with retail finance on all client-related matters including invoices, AR, and expenses.
• Leverages JLL Marketing as necessary to promote service line offering, internally & externally
• Participate in development of new business
• Provide excellent people management by attracting, retaining and developing top talent and driving direct reports to same standard.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 10 years' experience in Retail real estate including 'outsourcing' experience to Retail industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate or related business field.
• Experience managing employees and leveraging brokerage resources.
• Knowledgeable on Retail real estate and Retailer industry.
• Complete understanding of all aspects of retail transactions, analytics, and organizational structures of Retail RE departments.
• Experienced leader with proven ability to operate as a matrix manager of virtual employees. Role model of JLL values

Estimated compensation for this position:

180,000.00 - 220,000.00 USD per year

This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
