Mentor Shift Managers and team members through training and coaching. Set clear expectations, provide feedback, and lead by example. Support operational excellence; execute store‑level strategies to drive sales, guest satisfaction, and profitability. Monitor inventory, vendor relationships, and cash control. Drive promotional execution, ensure food service compliance, and elevate the in‑store experience. Ensure clean, stocked, and brand‑aligned store. Champion food safety & compliance; conduct quality checks and coach the team. Analyze reports, identify trends, and take action to improve performance. Coordinate scheduling and staffing with the General Manager. Provide performance feedback and drive accountability across the team. What We’re Looking For 3‑5 years of experience in retail, food service, or restaurant leadership. 1+ year of management experience preferred. Strong coaching, communication, and problem‑solving skills. Experience in high‑volume, guest‑focused environments. Ability to read and act on business metrics such as P&L, labor, and sales. High School Diploma or GED (in progress or completed). Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks. Willingness to obtain and maintain food‑handler and alcohol‑server permits if required.
