Workday Financials Analyst

Position:  Workday Financials Analyst

Compensation:  $50 - $60 /hour, depending on experience

Location:  Full Remote

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled  Workday Financials Analyst  to join their team!

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic company as a Workday Financials Analyst. You'll be diving into the full Workday suite, focusing on security administration, integration support, and functional optimization. This role is crucial to ensuring secure and scalable Workday operations, supporting both strategic initiatives and daily business needs. Join a team that values innovation and collaboration!

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Provide expertise across Workday modules: HCM, Financials, SCM, and Planning
• Assist with configuration updates and troubleshooting
• Support testing and deployment of Workday releases
• Design and maintain Workday security roles and policies
• Lead security audits and ensure compliance with standards
• Develop scalable integrations using Workday Studio and Web Services
• Collaborate to translate business processes into integration solutions
• Develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• 5+ years of Workday experience across multiple modules
• 3+ years of Workday security administration experience
• Proven experience with Workday integrations
• Strong understanding of Workday business processes
• Proficiency in Workday Studio, EIB, and security configuration

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Workday certifications in Security, HCM, or Integrations
• Experience with Workday Report Writer and Prism Analytics
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
