Behavior Technician Job Opening in Sacramento, CA | $22/Hour
ProCare Therapy is hiring a Behavior Technician in Sacramento, California for a full-time, school-based position. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with experience supporting children with autism, behavioral needs, or special education needs.
Behavior Technician Job Details
- Location: Sacramento, CA
- Pay: $22.00 per hour
- Schedule: Full-Time, 30–35 hours per week, Monday–Friday
- Setting: Onsite, school-based
- Grade Levels: K–12
As a School Behavior Technician , you will work directly with students to provide behavioral and educational support. Responsibilities may include implementing behavior intervention plans, providing 1:1 student support , collecting behavioral data, reinforcing positive behaviors, assisting with classroom activities, and collaborating with teachers, BCBAs, special education staff, and families.
Education & Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Experience working with children or students with autism, behavioral challenges, or special education needs preferred
- ABA, behavioral intervention, classroom, or school-based experience is a plus
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to provide consistent and compassionate student support
