Scada Engineer

Location Phoenix, AZ / Remote with monthly visits to PHX facility Contract 12 months or more Experience 5+ years in IT/OT or power generation environments with ownership of system design, integration, delivery through in-service transition. Responsibilities Advanced expertise in HMI systems, architecture, configuration, and integration with control systems to ensure reliable operator interface and plant visibility. Lead technical execution, manage risk, and deliver solutions aligned to cybersecurity (including CIP) and operational requirements in high‑availability environments. Technical Skills Proven hands‑on experience supporting Human Machine Interface (HMI) systems within generation environments, including configuration, deployment, integration, and troubleshooting of control system interfaces used by plant operators. Deep understanding of how HMI systems interact with underlying control systems (e.g., DCS/SCADA platforms), including data flows, alarms, historian integration, and operational dependencies required for real‑time plant visibility and control. Working knowledge of Critical Infrastructure Protection (CIP) requirements, with the ability to incorporate compliance controls into system design and ensure required controls are validated prior to in‑service. #J-18808-Ljbffr
