Mobile Associate, Store-in-Store - Retail Sales

Job Overview Mobile Associates, Store-in-Store are integral to the Retail Team, bringing the T‑Mobile brand to life in National Sales partner locations. Job Responsibilities Proactively engage a broad range of customers in a high‑traffic retail environment, using digital tools to educate and showcase T‑Mobile solutions. Leverage digital self‑serve tools during customer interactions and onboarding, identifying customer needs and employing solution‑based selling techniques. Complete training on the in‑store experience, new skills, products, and processes; continuously improve skills and partner with nearby stores to onboard customers, perform store operations, and secure kiosk assets. Provide exceptional, customer‑obsessed service, exceeding expectations, capturing referrals, managing back‑processes, and performing price overrides for specialty offers. Build relationships with leadership and teams to support the end‑to‑end customer experience from account set‑up to device support. Education High School Diploma/GED (Required) Work Experience 6 months customer service and/or sales experience, retail environment preferred (Preferred) Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Customer satisfaction: Passionate customer advocate with desire to be authentic and have fun with customers. Team building: Willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders, learning and sharing best practices. Retail sales: Competitive drive and confidence to succeed in a fast‑paced sales environment. Licenses and Certifications At least 18 years of age. Legally authorized to work in the United States. Upon completion of training, promotion to Mobile Expert role with potential annual incentive target of $18,000/year.
