Remote Estimator (Colorado - Fully Remote) A fast‑growing General Contractor based in Denver is seeking an experienced Estimator to join its team. Due to continued growth, ownership is looking for an estimator who can immediately step in, take ownership of the estimating process, and contribute from day one with minimal oversight or training. Responsibilities Prepare detailed conceptual, budgetary, and hard bid estimates Perform quantity takeoffs and analyze project plans and specifications Solicit, evaluate, and level subcontractor and supplier proposals Develop comprehensive bid packages and scopes of work Identify project risks, opportunities, and value engineering options Maintain estimating databases, historical cost information, and bid records Qualifications 5-10 years of commercial construction estimating experience Previous experience working for a General Contractor is required Proven ability to independently prepare complete project estimates Strong understanding of commercial construction methods, materials, and pricing Experience reviewing plans, specifications, and bid documents Proficiency with estimating software, Bluebeam, Microsoft Excel, and construction management platforms Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment Compensation & Benefits Performance‑based bonus potential Fully remote work environment Flexible schedule Opportunity to work directly with company leadership Significant long‑term growth potential as the company continues to expand Why Join This Company?
