Job Description

Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | On-site (Not a remote position)

Position Overview: We are looking for a skilled Print Service Technician to join a growing team supporting commercial print and imaging equipment. In this role, you'll troubleshoot, repair, and maintain printers and multifunction devices while providing exceptional service to customers. The ideal candidate enjoys hands-on technical work, takes pride in resolving issues efficiently, and delivers a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to on-site service requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain a variety of printers and multifunction devices.
• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance to maximize equipment performance and uptime.
• Maintain accurate service records, repair documentation, and maintenance logs.
• Assist with inventory management for replacement parts, supplies, and service equipment.
• Utilize technical documentation and manufacturer resources to identify and resolve equipment issues.
• Communicate effectively with customers and provide outstanding technical support.

Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience repairing and servicing printers, copiers, or multifunction office equipment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Knowledge of network-connected print devices is a plus.
• Excellent customer service, communication, organization, and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple service calls in a fast-paced environment.
