What You'll Do

• Provide high-acuity critical care to ICU patients, including those who are intubated and sedated
• Manage chest tube procedures and continuous monitoring of critically ill patients
• Collaborate with healthcare team to assess patient needs and develop care plans
• Administer medications and treatments per protocols, monitoring for side effects
• Document patient history, care provided, and response to treatment accurately
• Educate patients and their families about care and recovery processes
• Demonstrate independence while following established clinical standards

What You Need

• Tennessee RN license or valid compact license required
• BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA only)
• At least 1 year of ICU experience preferred
• Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
