Hybrid Creative Design And Project Management Role

This is a hybrid role combining creative design work with logistical and client-facing project management. The ideal candidate is meticulously organized, a strong communicator, and thrives in a dynamic fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for end-to-end order management, vendor and client communications, and supporting the design team with sourcing, mockups, planning, and installations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all phases of design projects including concept development, procurement, and installation
• Create detailed lighting, plumbing, and paint schedules for contractors
• Generate Photoshop mockups and design renderings
• Oversee presentation materials for client meetings
• Build and manage client project schedules, timelines, and budgets
• Produce detailed drawings and elevations in AutoCAD for custom millwork and space planning
• Source FF&E selections, specs, and finishes
• Maintain vendor and trade databases
• Manage sample requests, returns, and material library
• Assist and troubleshoot issues with contractors, vendors, and clients
