Licensed Practical Nurse

Role Overview: This position involves providing nursing services and support to individuals with intellectual, developmental, psychiatric, or behavioral needs. Key Responsibilities: Monitor health conditions, administer medications, conduct assessments, and implement healthcare plans. Train staff on medication administration, infection control, and safety protocols. Act as a liaison with medical and professional providers, and educate individuals on self-care topics such as medication use, sex education, and smoking cessation. Qualifications & Skills: An associate’s degree or nursing certification, one year of relevant experience, current state LPN/LVN licensure, and valid driver’s license. Certifications like CPR/FA, HIV/AIDS, BBP, and ACT are preferred. Excellent communication skills are essential.
