Pre-Litigation Personal Injury Attorney

Our client, a plaintiff personal injury law firm based in Sacramento, is committed to developing the next generation of attorneys through structured training, mentorship, and hands‑on experience. The firm is seeking a motivated and recently licensed attorney to join its Pre‑Litigation Personal Injury team. This role is ideal for a newly barred or early‑career attorney looking to build foundational experience in case development, client communication, negotiation, and settlement strategy. This is a non‑litigation role focused on managing personal injury cases from intake through settlement. Responsibilities Communicate with clients throughout the lifecycle of their cases Evaluate new claims and assess liability, damages, and case value Review medical records and prepare demand packages Develop case strategy in collaboration with case managers and senior attorneys Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and defense adjusters Manage client expectations and provide regular case updates Participate in client intake and case evaluation calls with prospective clients Support efficient case progression from intake through resolution Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) and admission to the California State Bar (recent bar passers encouraged) Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Interest in plaintiff personal injury law Ability to manage multiple cases in a fast‑paced environment Organized, detail‑oriented, and proactive mindset Bilingual Spanish is a plus, but not required Training & Growth Structured onboarding and training program One‑on‑one mentorship from experienced attorneys Early exposure to live casework and negotiations Clear path for professional development within the firm Compensation & Benefits Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and holidays 401(k) with employer match (after eligibility period) Performance‑based bonus opportunities #J-18808-Ljbffr Protouch Staffing
