As a Retail Sales Associate, you’ll be front‑line and help customers choose AT&T devices and services. Our program prepares you for future roles and offers base pay plus commissions. Attain and exceed sales goals by properly using your AT&T sales training on the showroom with customers, executing our outbound sales activities and mastering AT&T promotions. Maintain store appearance so customers feel welcome and can easily negotiate our showroom. Plus, other tasks and duties you would expect as a Retail Sales Associate. This is all you need to succeed Experience in retail and/or wireless retail sales would be terrific, however not necessary—AT&T experience highly desirable. Bilingual in Spanish and English. Strong communication, mathematics and computer use skills. Availability to support retail hours including nights, weekends, and holidays. Be a supportive and committed teammate and team player.
