Architectural Drafter
We are seeking an Architectural Drafter for a 6-month contract-to-direct role in Tampa, FL. This position focuses on architectural interior renovations, primarily for hospitality projects, with opportunities to work on office, medical, and church projects as well.
Highlights:
- Pay: $22–$34/hr (DOE), estimated $45k–$70k salary once direct
- Location: Tampa/Clearwater/St. Pete area
- Schedule: Mon–Fri, 8am–5pm (core hours 9–3)
- Contract-to-direct hire with long-term growth potential
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft architectural interior renovation drawings (hospitality focus)
- Collaborate with project teams across Tampa and New York offices
- Work primarily in AutoCAD, with opportunities to use Revit
Requirements:
- Proficient in AutoCAD (3+ years of experience)
- Strong drafting experience with interior renovations
- Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred
- Revit experience a plus
