Warehouse Manager - 3PL

The Role We’re looking for a hands‑on Warehouse Manager to lead a 200,000 sq ft distribution facility in Southmain, Houston. This is not a desk job — you’ll be on the floor, sleeves rolled up, leading by example alongside your team of 5 staff. Key Responsibilities Oversee day‑to‑day warehouse operations: receiving, putaway, picking, packing, shipping Lead, train, and motivate a small team of 5 warehouse staff Maintain accuracy, safety, and efficiency across all functions Ensure on‑time dispatch and service level compliance Manage inventory accuracy through cycle counts and reconciliations Operate forklift and warehouse equipment as needed — hands‑on required Maintain a clean, organized, and OSHA‑compliant facility Coordinate with operations and customer service teams to meet client expectations What We’re Looking For Requirement Detail Experience – 3+ years in warehouse management, ideally in 3PL distribution Leadership Style – Hands‑on – leads from the floor, not the office Team Size – Comfortable managing and working alongside 5 staff Facility Size – Experience with large‑scale warehouses (100k+ sq ft preferred) Equipment – Forklift certified and willing to operate when needed Systems – WMS knowledge required; CargoWise or similar a plus Compliance – OSHA knowledge and safety‑first mindset #J-18808-Ljbffr
