Responsibilities

• Review existing policy portfolios to ensure clients have the right protection for their evolving life circumstances.
• Generate new business through referrals and community outreach efforts in the Hiram area.
• Provide expert guidance on coverage gaps and recommend specific endorsements to improve client safety.
• Manage policy renewals by proactively checking for updates and identifying potential savings for the customer.
• Assist clients during the claims process with empathy and clear instructions to minimize their stress.
• Collaborate with the underwriting team to ensure every application is submitted with complete and precise information.

Requirements

• Property Casualty insurance license for the state of Georgia. Maintained for at least 2 years
• Demonstrated history of working in insurance sales or high-volume client services.
• Strong command of agency management systems and digital document handling.
• Ability to clearly explain complex policy details in plain language.
• Dedication to maintaining accuracy in documentation and compliance reporting.
• Previous experience with carrier quoting software.
