Bern's Steak House is a world-renowned restaurant looking for a professional Garde Manger Cook who can prep and plate all menu items according to our exacting standards. Experience is preferred, but we are willing to teach any employee showing potential, hard work, and dedication.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Prep Garde Manger Station with all necessary items for service
• Prepare and plate all items according to Bern's Steak House standards
• Ensure quality of all products
• Maintain cleanliness of station throughout the entire shift

Qualifications and Skills

• Attention to detail
• Must work well with others
• Must work quickly in a safe and effective manner
• Need to have consideration for guests and maintain a professional demeanor as guests will be touring the kitchen during service
• Ability to multitask in a high-volume restaurant setting
