A premier private sporting club and residential community in Newnan, GA (approximately 45 miles south of Atlanta) is seeking a Member Services Coordinator to serve as a primary point of contact for members and guests. This full-time, direct-hire role plays a key part in delivering an exceptional member experience while supporting daily club operations in a unique, outdoor-oriented environment. This role is central to delivering an exceptional member experience while supporting smooth, day-to-day operations across a truly unique property. What You’ll Do

• Provide exceptional service to members and guests in person, by phone, and via email
• Manage lodging and cabin reservations for members and guests
• Coordinate hunt scheduling, shooting activities, and special events
• Support food and beverage arrangements for events and gatherings
• Oversee daily pro shop operations, including POS transactions and inventory
• Maintain working knowledge of club amenities, policies, and procedures
• Assist with basic facility oversight to ensure a clean, safe, welcoming environment

Schedule & Work Environment

• Full-time, on-site role
• Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. (occasionally 8:30 a.m.–5:30 p.m.)
• On slower days, the office may close around 5:30 p.m. if no members are present
• Weekend work is rare , typically limited to special events
• Small, family-oriented team with a supportive, personable culture
• Planned retirement replacement with hands-on training provided

What We’re Looking For

• Strong customer service and hospitality mindset
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook (data entry level)
• Comfortable learning booking systems and POS software
• Professional, calm problem-solving approach
• Comfortable working in an environment where firearms and game harvesting are routine
  (No firearms experience required)

Preferred (not required):

Experience in hospitality, private clubs, recreation, retail, or guest services.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary in the $50,000 range (flexible with relevant experience)
• Annual bonus averaging $6,000
