Investment Analyst

Fairfield County, CT (Hybrid: 3 days in office, 2 days remote)

A growing private investment firm is seeking an Investment Analyst to join its team. This is a unique opportunity to work on a lean, collaborative team with significant exposure to the full investment lifecycle, including sourcing, diligence, execution, portfolio management, and investor reporting.

Responsibilities:

Build and maintain financial models for new and existing investments
Support investment committee materials and presentations
Assist with deal sourcing, market research, and pipeline management
Participate in due diligence and transaction execution
Monitor portfolio company performance and support strategic initiatives
Prepare investor presentations and reporting materials
Coordinate quarterly valuation and investment reporting processes

Qualifications:

2-5 years of experience in investment banking, M&A, consulting, corporate development, real estate, valuation, or a related analytical role
Strong financial modeling skills with the ability to build models from scratch
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or related field
Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills
Polished, personable, and eager to take on increasing responsibility
